Reviewing Radicals Worksheet

I have spent the last 5 hours "playing" on Pinterest, looking for classroom ideas.  Since, I've been on that long, you know I've found a lot of cool ideas!

I just created a cut and paste worksheet for reviewing radicals, based on an activity from http://web.gnowledge.org/.  This would be a great activity to use when you have time left over or as an Interactive Notebook Activity.
